COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR EMOTIONS AND INNER CRITIC

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Meditation originally was meant to deepen your understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. Today, meditation has become more popular and directs your attention to a particular object, thought, or activity. Meditation can achieve mental clarity, relaxation, and a heightened awareness to achieve your goals.

When the mind is quiet in a meditative state you have the opportunity to hear or see your inner self where you can communicate to each one of your childlike emotions

and

inner critic.

At this time, if you hear or sense some words, you can ask “Who is talking.” Your response gives an invitation to communicate with a part of yourself. Awesome!!!

If you do not have any response, you can say “I would like to know each part of myself.
